St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School
St. Joseph was Actons' first catholic school and is home to nearly five hundred JK to Grade 8 students. It was named after Canadas' patron saint and the parish of St. Joseph. St. Joseph is situated in a picturesque setting and overlooks beautiful Fairy lake. St. Joseph ranks well on the Fraser Institute report card.
Robert Little Public School
Robert Little was named after the great educator in the late 1800's. Regular and french immersion programs are offered and students range from JK to Grade 5.
McKenzie-Smith Bennett Elementary School
MSB was named after educators Garnet Mckenzie and Elmer Smith from the 1950's and also Mini Bennett. MSB is home to more than six hundred JK to Grade 8 students and offers a french immersion program for grades 6 to 8. MSB also has a YMCA daycare facility and Woodview childrens' center. MSB is conveniently located on the east end of town in close proximity to newer subdivisions and stores.
Acton District High School
ADHS was built in 1977. The former high school which first opened in 1954 was situated where McKenzie-Smith Bennett is located today. The schools motto is "Lux Sit" which is latin for "Let there be light". ADHS is conveniently located on the east end of town in close proximity to newer subdivisions and stores.
